The average person has between 50,000 and 80,000 thoughts a day.

Over 95% are the same thoughts you had yesterday. The mind creates a skipped record or a loop of thoughts that don't serve you.

Since ancient times, the old masters have known that the pineal gland, which sits in the center of the head has been considered the eye of God. Some have called it the antenna of God, the antenna to the quantum field, or the eye of the universe.

It has many different names, but when somebody says they had a download or got a vision or had an insight, it usually comes from there. It comes from the pineal gland, and it drops down into the gut.

The gut has been called the second brain for many thousands of years.

The gut knows but doesn't think. And the mind thinks but doesn't know.

If we get into internal alchemy from the yogic and Vedic traditions, there's a cord, an energetic cord that goes from the pineal into the gut.

It's where the chakras are. When you strengthen that cord, your intuition and knowing become stronger.

Oftentimes, people will talk about strengthening the pineal or opening the pineal, which is of course a good idea, but a faster way for it to become useful is to drop the interference.

When Michelangelo would make a statue, he would say something to the effect of, "I didn't make everything or anything. I just removed everything that it wasn't."

Much of enlightenment, spiritual cultivation, or even happiness is more about removal than adding. In entrepreneurialism, there's a saying called addition through subtraction.

It's easier to drop the cerebral activity so that the pineal gland can listen. Another way of saying: have less thoughts.

There are many ways to get there. There's three types of meditation. There's sitting, standing, and moving. All the moving meditations encompass three things: breath, movements, and intention.

How you get there is not important. What is important is that you have a discipline or a path where you can drop the cerebral activity.

Use your pineal gland to listen for life insights, wisdoms, creativity, problem solving, etc. And trust your intuition or your gut feeling.

The lowest hanging fruit and simplest way is to start with breath and sound.

Most people have about 20,000 breaths per day. Most of those breaths are not done with any level of mastery.

Breath, that's the starting point of the journey of wellness, spiritual cultivation, and enlightenment.
